Pakiza Cotton Spinning Mills (Pvt) Ltd., Pakiza Apparels Ltd., Pakiza Woven Fashion Ltd., Pakiza Technovation Ltd., Pakiza Spinning Mills Ltd., Pakiza Textile Ltd., Pakiza Garden Print, etc. Mr. Islam is the nominated director of Pakiza Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd. Presently, he is the managing Director of Pakiza Knit Composite Ltd.

Mr. Islam achieved his Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology. He attained outstanding results both in the ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels from a reputed English medium school.
