- Please try to store your Card and PIN separately
- Please do not share your personal information with anyone
- Do not share your OTP (One Time Password) with anyone
- Do not share your PIN (Personal Identification Number) with anyone
- Always use your registered mobile number and email address for communication
- Please sign at the backside signature panel of the card just after receiving the card
- Make periodical cross-checking with your CZB account statement with card transaction
- Please make your personalized PIN through any CZB & Q-Cash ATM Booths (recommended)
